18 GST (Goods and Services Tax)

18.1 Additional payment

Unless otherwise provided in these standard conditions, if GST has application to any supply to you made under or in connection with these standard conditions, we may, in addition to any amount or consideration payable or to be provided for such supply, recover from you an additional amount calculated by multiplying the original amount or value of the consideration by the prevailing GST rate.

18.2 Manner of payment

Any additional amount recoverable on account of GST must be calculated without deduction or set-off and is payable by you at the same time as the amount or consideration for the relevant supply is payable or to be provided.
