Mackay Ports Limited PORT NOTICES Being Notices for the orderly, safe and environmentally friendly conduct of business and public safety in the Port of Mackay and its strategic land, pursuant to:

The following presents those port notices that have been established for the Port of Mackay as above.

  • a. The Authority's administration and enforcement of the requirements of the
    • Transport Infrastructure Act 1994
    • Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Regulations 1994
    • Transport Operations (Marine Pollution) Act 1995 and Regulations
  • b. The duty of care and obligations imposed on the Authority and all clients, users of port facilities and services, the general public and all activities undertaken on or around the port and its strategic lands, pursuant to the

CERTIFICATION - These Notices are Port Notices pursuant to the Transport Infrastructure (Ports) Regulation 1994. Contravention of these Notices is an offence under the Regulation and penalties apply.
